We are located in midtown Loveland at 1528 N Lincoln Avenue, Suite 6, Loveland CO 80538. There is a dedicated parking lot. Once arrived, walk up the pathway of the building and enter through Suite 6.

The studio is a flexible creative space designed for photography sessions, content creation, product shoots, short films, meetings, workshops, and more.

You would navigate to the scheduling tab and book a slot to rent the studio. This is to use the studio for your own photography needs. To book with the in-house photographer please reach out using the contact page.

Your rental session includes access to the entire studio, props, lighting equipment, cyclorama wall, and backdrop paper wall. We want you to enjoy your full session time, so you will also be given an additional 15-minute buffer after your session to tidy up the space before the next creator is set to arrive.

You will be able to enter the studio promptly at your session start time. Please do not enter early. You will be given a 15-minute buffer after your rental conclusion to finish tidying up the space for the next creator. This buffer is not to be used to continue shooting, please treat it as a safety net to finish reseting the space. Any departure later than the buffer may result in a late fee.

Yes! Alexis Winchester, owner of The Wood Coop Studio and Piscoya Photography, is a professional photographer offering in-house services. She will work with you to bring your vision to life.

No, there is no additional studio fees to use our in-house photographer.

You will receive a studio access code and full entry instructions 24 hours before your session.

House Rules will also be posted on the inside of the studio for reference

Wipe shoes upon entry

No pets without prior consent

No smoking/vaping

No smash cakes

No fire or open flames

Use the broom to sweep after you’ve completed your rental session

Leave the studio as you found it

We want to be respectful of neighbors, so keep noise at a reasonable level

Failure to comply with the House Rules may be subject to a damage or cleaning fee outlined in the Terms & Conditions presented before booking

Cyclorama Rules will also be posted on the inside of the studio for reference

Clean shoes or remove shoes before stepping onto the cyc wall

No dragging furniture or props across the platform

Do not run up curved edge of the wall

Try to stand at least 1 foot away from curve of wall

Do not step or sit on edges of the platform

No glitter, confetti, paint, oil, smash cakes or messy materials

Renters are responsible for the actions of all guests, clients, and team members during the booking period

Unfortunately not, we ask that you please keep all photography needs within the studio.

Any equipment including lighting in the studio can be used during your rental period. You are also welcome to the changing area, costume rack, coffee station and beverages at no additional cost.

The paper backdrop system is simple to use with the pull-chain controls located beside the rolls. Gently pull the chain to lower the backdrop to your desired length. In most cases, only a small amount of paper needs to extend onto the floor to create a seamless look in photos.

We recommend sending over your preferred backdrop color before your booking so we can have it set up and ready for your session.

We have south-facing windows, with a great amount of natural light for most of the day. Early morning will be the most limited with late afternoon providing a brighter glow.

For less light permitting weather or early morning, natural toned overhead lighting and/or lighting equipment is available for use during your booking.

The studio closes at 7:00p but we may be able to accommodate additional requests. Please inquire via email or phone.

Yes, we do have a shared building/guest restroom. There will be signs located in the studio for how to access the restroom.
